Held at our showroom. We will present you with a 3D concept and quote. Explore our showroom to see hardware and material options. We are happy to provide you with one revision free of charge.
Step Three – Sign up
If you decide to choose us to complete your project, we will finalise the design and all the details with you. We can look at timelines and book in your final site measure.
Step Four – Measure and make
One of our joinery project managers will visit your home and complete a final measure. This enables us to create production ready drawings and proceed to manufacturing at our factory in Seaview.

Step Six – Final touches

Our initial consultation, design and quote process is completely free! We will even provide one additional courtesy revision, before then requiring an initial payment or commitment fee to advance further.
-
An hour should be sufficient for most of our consultation, presentation or document-signing appointments. We know your time is precious and will aim to minimise whenever possible.
The initial consultation will take place at your home if planning a renovation (when we will measure the space) or in our Seaview showroom if a new build or extension (where we will show you our kitchens and sample room).
-
Please ensure the kitchen is clear of any obstructions that would impede measuring the space.
-
Our standard terms entail (please see your quote to confirm):
50% initial payment (minus commitment fee if taken)
40% due the week before the kitchen is installed
10% upon substantial completion

Our quote will set out precisely what is and is not included.
Project managing other trades is not included in our services. We can recommend builders, plumbers and electricians, but also encourage clients to get multiple quotes.
We will issue a timeline for your project so other trades can plan their work around key milestones. We can also liaise directly with them or through you.
-
Yes! Our designers can advise on sizes and may recommend specific brands to suit your needs. We can also introduce you to representatives at Harvey Norman to discuss and quote on options in store.
Alternatively, please check out our partner Mastercraft Shop and let your designer know which appliances appeal. We will then be able to provide you with client-only pricing quotes.
-
We can recommend our regular builder to quote for the rip out and for any tidy-up work that may be needed.
-
Think about the other trades you may need for your project – electrical, plumbing, flooring or tiling.
If you are removing walls or undertaking substantial building works, please seek a builder’s advice or ask your local council whether consent is required.
-
We understand that our clients will sometimes get quotes from our competitors. It is crucial that you compare like for like when doing so.
Here are some key considerations:
Is the design the same?
Does it have the same number of drawer sets? Does the cabinetry go to the ceiling?
Is the benchtop material the same? Is it the same thickness? Is there a waterfall end? Is it the same range?
For instance, benchtop material prices can change not just between materials but by colour and finish.
Are inferior materials being used in the cabinetry, panels, hardware and fittings?
We only use 18mm-thick, extremely-low formaldehyde level (E0) medium density fibreboard as well as sourcing top-quality drawer runners, hinges and other accessories – many competitors use 16mm-thick chipboard and take other material/accessory shortcuts.
Does the project price include delivery and installation?
Check our quote – almost all of our jobs include these services in the base pricing. This is a cost clients often overlook when assuming a project will be cheaper with a “Big Box” store.
Who is arranging the final site measure, kitchen delivery and installation?
Your dedicated joinery project manager will seamlessly oversee the project to pristine completion. Again, a quality service offering many competitors do not provide.
Is it custom? Has it been designed for your space? Is there wasted space with fillers used between cabinets to force standard-sized units to fit?
Providing custom build means that we maximise the space available to your bespoke needs. We also have an experienced team of designers and project managers who understand how joinery works practically as well as aesthetically.
Where is it made?
Our kitchens are proudly manufactured to high specification right here in Seaview. This means if there are any issues on site, we can resolve quickly without waiting for out-of-town or even overseas deliveries. You are very welcome to tour our production space and see our state-of-the-art machinery in action during your showroom consult or when your job is being assembled – just let our designer know of your interest.
Will your kitchen supplier stand by their product?
We offer a ten-year guarantee on cabinetry and lifetime warranty on hinges, both of which even pass on to a new owner should you sell your property – family values, cutting-edge product!
