A truly stunning transformation was achieved in the home of Lower Hutt couple Claire & Brian, with a wall removed to enable a beautiful new kitchen to unite three spaces into a perfect entertainment area (see "before" photos at end of post).
The couple’s kitchen features stylish white cabinetry offset by wooden floating shelves and bronze fittings, with a wrap around Ceaserstone Organic White Quartz benchtop with waterfall end providing a seating overhang.
Claire particularly appreciates the functionality of her Mondo corner unit, Legrabox Space Tower pantry, 18-litre bins on a Legrabox Runner and pullout drawer for oils with hidden spice drawers.
Other highlights include LED lighting above the hob and via sensor in the pantry and the push-to-open door providing hidden storage access to the back of the peninsula, which itself is brought to life by a Dezignatek Prague rippled detail.
“Our 28-year-old kitchen was impractical, small and dated,” says Claire.
“Now we have so much space and storage, there is a place for everything, the layout is very functional and there is great flow. There are so many little details.”
Also “super happy” with the high product quality and competitive pricing provided, Claire offers generous praise of the overall experience.
“From the designer who worked with my vision, expert project management and perfectionism in installation. It is a beautiful job. I feel like we’ve really got the custom kitchen I had envisaged.”
Amazing before and after!
